We are currently experiencing reduced capacity within our reception team due to staff vacancies, sickness, and pre-arranged annual leave.

Our team is working hard to manage a high volume of enquiries. Our administration team is also providing support, however they have limited experience with reception duties, which may result in longer waiting times.

We kindly ask patients to bear with us during this period and thank you for your patience and understanding while we do our best to deal with all enquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible. For non-urgent requests, please use the Consult Doctor online option.

You and Your General Practice (YYGP) has been developed to help patients understand what to expect from their general practice and how they can get the best from their GP team. YYGP also enables patient to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the Integrated Care Board (ICB).
