Anyone living within the area outlined below is welcome to register with the practice.

We ask all new patients to complete a registration form so that their medical records can be transferred from their previous practice. We encourage all new patients to accept the invitation for a brief health check, especially those on regular medication.

You are free to consult any of the doctors, not just the one with whom you are registered.

Regrettably all patients moving outside of the practice area must register with another practice.

We charge private fees for services not covered by the NHS. For example :

• HGV medical examinations
• Completing private health insurance claim forms
• Confirming sickness for school examinations
• Fitness to travel certificates
• Private sick notes
