Repeat prescriptions may be ordered by ringing on 01785 850244 at any time (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and leaving a message, or complete the right hand side of your repeat prescription slip and return it to the practice. 

We request two full working days notice for repeat prescriptions. For example orders received on Friday will not be available for collection until Tuesday.

Dispensing Prescriptions

Patients who receive medication directly from the practice are able to collect their medication from the dispensary as soon as it prescribed within the GP consultation. Requests for repeat medication will be available for collection from the dispensary 48 hours (2 working days) following processing.

These prescriptions are subject to the normal two working days notice. We ask private specialists to provide prescriptions for any medication that they feel should be started sooner.

 

The hospital should provide you with 28 days suply of medication so that any changes made by the hospital can be advised to the practice in good time for your next prescription request.
